1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Trendrr, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Trendrr is a ticket trend analysis platform for managed service providers (MSPs). It connects to your PSA system, identifies recurring ticket patterns, and helps eliminate noise through fix matching and trend detection.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and PSA integrations. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You retain all rights to your ticket data — Trendrr does not claim ownership of your data.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. During the early access period, the platform may undergo changes and maintenance without advance notice.
6. Limitation of liability
Trendrr is provided "as is" during early access. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our privacy policy.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
